MotorDocAI Energy and Emissions Alpha version 0.1 (desktop only) is available for MS Windows and is designed to work with Channel 11 (kilowatt) data from either EMPATH and ECMS collected data. This is a first view of the software which will include a desktop and cloud-based system that will identify each defect by energy loss and associated emissions. In version 0.1 the total losses are converted to MegaWatt-hours and CO2 emissions in metric Tonnes of CO2. The values should be conservative. Version 0.1 is meant for induction machines in which three phases of voltage and current are collected. The first release of the complete software will work with all machines that can be tested with EMPATH technology. The software is an executable Python-based system which contains all the features that are needed (no additional downloads). Use of the software construes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
