We try a Guatemalan special coffee and then discuss the evolution of the grid and generator reliability during that evolution. Major changes to the loads that the grid serves with the grid having few changes to how it operates since the end of the 1800s. We also discuss the reliability of the grid/generation and the impact of data centers on the cost of electricity.
