Introduction to Reliability Maintenance Energy and Emissions Tools as Key Performance Indicators

In this free course we will cover some of the tools that can help you get started on tying your R&M to corporate Energy and Emissions goals. The majority of this 2-hour course will be to discuss the US Department of Energy and other resources available to you at no cost. These include the original Challenge program tools, case studies and information and a demonstration of the Oak Ridge National Labs developed MEASUR software. We will spend some time on experiences tying the improvements to actual cost – the basics of measurement and verification. We will also discuss cautions and other opportunities for energy improvements that had not been considered at the time and are now only becoming ‘visible,’ and some of the tools that MotorDoc makes available (10 minutes of course). You will be able to take some of these lessons and tools and apply them immediately.
